How is the watch shipped?
We only ship our watches with full insurance coverage.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 1-2 working days
Europe-wide: 1-3 working days
Worldwide: 2-6 working days
Can I view a watch before buying it?
A viewing at our location in Hamburg is only possible by prior appointment.
Can I reserve a watch?
In conjunction with a deposit we can reserve a watch for you.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in the shop by bank transfer or credit card. When picked up, watches can be paid for by card machine or in cash up to €10,000.
Can I trade in my watch?
We would be happy to trade in your used or new luxury watch. Please use the purchase form or contact us directly for an individual offer.
Can I return a watch if I don't like it?
You can return the watch to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept a return if the watch is unworn and in the same condition as when delivered.
How long do I have a warranty on a watch?
We give a 12 month warranty on every watch sold. Many models also have a manufacturer’s warranty lasting several years.
